Incredible! I cannot say enough. We called him and required an inspection within a couple of days. Steven not only was extremely accommodating he went above and beyond. My in-laws in their 80's, 90's were downsizing into a seniors mobile home. Very very thorough. Gets the report back to you very quickly. We paid for it. So apparently you own it . It's yours. Thats what he told me on the phone unless u want to share it. I said no we dont want to share it. It was a verbal. I didn't email it to him so he gave a copy to the realtor who basically can share that with other buyers, so how are we suppose to know that. There is no way of knowing that.

Having Steve do a complete inspection of our home that we have owned for 27 years if the best investment we have ever put towards are home. Steve was very professional, he sure knows his line of business and is easy to talk to. Something we needed as we are going to do some major renovations and we know what we would like to do, but he was abe to explain that some damage has been caused by a slow amount of water going behind walls, something we would never know and the mould needs to be removed before doing any work down there. He is open to all questions which is comforting and never judges you. I would never buy a home without an inspection such as Steve provided us with. It is good to have an outside party look at your home with open eyes, and experience. You simply can not go wrong and we both highly recommend Steve as your inspector. Steven Walker is an accredited National Home Inspector with expertise in all systems, including Roofing, Structure, Heating/AC/Heat Pumps, Plumbing, Interior, Insulation, and Exterior. He has also been trained in Communication, Professionalism, and Practice. His industry leading training and proctored exams have culminated in National Certification. Steven maintains his standing through regular education and is an active member of CAHPI and InterNACHI.
In 1994, Steven discovered his love for quality workmanship when he managed the construction of his own home. After that, he embarked on a successful 20-year career in project management, while also enjoying 15 years of hands-on experience in home renovations, including designing and completely revamping bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, roofing, decks, and outbuildings. It felt like a natural and exciting progression for Steven to embrace a full-time career in home inspection, applying all his knowledge and experience to help others with their homes.
Steven has owned, maintained and renovated several homes since 1989. These homes include a country bungalow on well and septic; a subdivision builder home built in the 60’s with asbestos; a quality-built 90’s home; a 70’s home with aluminum wiring; a 150 year old Victorian-style brick home with a stone foundation and knob and tube wiring; a 3-season cottage on stilts; and most recently, he has completed the construction of his personally designed custom country home. This diverse home ownership experience has provided a solid foundation and appreciation of the challenges, risks and joys of home ownership.
