Walker Inspections performs a comprehensive, non-destructive inspection of your property and all major building systems. We inspect every accessible area—from walking the roof to crawling through the attic and entering crawl spaces. When roof access isn’t possible, we deploy a drone to ensure nothing is missed.

Meet Steven
Steven Walker is a Nationally Registered Home Inspector providing professional residential and commercial home inspections across Eastern Ontario from Cobourg to Belleville, Prince Edward County and Kingston. He is fully accredited and trained in all major building systems, including roofing, structure, heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, insulation, interior components, and exterior assemblies. In addition to technical expertise, Steven has formal training in professional practice, communication, and client-focused reporting, ensuring every inspection is thorough, clear, and easy to understand.
Steven achieved National Certification through industry-leading education and proctored examinations and maintains his credentials through ongoing continuing education. He is an active member of both CAHPI (Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors) and InterNACHI, staying current with evolving building standards, inspection techniques, and safety requirements.
Steven’s passion for construction and quality workmanship began in 1994, when he managed the construction of his own home. That experience led to a successful 20-year career in project management, complemented by more than 15 years of hands-on renovation experience. Over the years, he has designed, renovated, and rebuilt kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, roofing systems, decks, and outbuildings. Transitioning into full-time home inspection was a natural progression, allowing Steven to apply his practical knowledge and attention to detail to help homeowners, buyers, and investors make confident decisions.
